The name of this project seeks to immortalize the surnames of the women who gave life to the families of the entrepreneurs. Since in Mexican culture the surname of the man is preserved, it was intended to rescue the origins of maternal and paternal grandmothers and great-grandmothers.
Additionally, the project incorporates the image of the “nahual,” a spiritual being in Mexican tradition that guides individuals throughout life.
Each bottle of wine holds a unique story – theirs, yours, and that of anyone who enjoys a Charles Martinez.

El nombre de este proyecto busca inmortalizar los apellidos de las mujeres que dieron vida a la familia de los emprendedores. Como en la cultura mexicana se preserva el apellido del varón, se quiso rescatar los orígenes de las abuelas y bisabuelas maternas y paternas.
Por otro lado, se utilizó la imagen del nahual, considerado en México un ser espiritual fantástico cuya misión es acompañar a cada uno desde pequeños y atravesar juntos los ciclos de la vida.
Cada botella alberga una historia única; la de ellos, la tuya y la de quien deguste un Charles Martinez.
