Situated in Colombier, in the Dordogne region, Château de La Jaubertie is nestled just twelve kilometers away from Bergerac. Today, it is recognized as a Historical Monument.
The former hunting lodge of Henry IV in the 16th century, it subsequently came under the ownership of the king’s renowned lover, Gabrielle d’Estrées, adding another layer of historical significance to its legacy.
Beautified in the eighteenth century by Léon Beylet, the doctor Marie-Antoinette, still stands proudly in the heart of a vineyard of about fifty hectares producing AOC Bergerac red, pink and white.
